Volunteer for the Pajama Walk & 5K

Registration

• AutismTN Activity Stations
  BCBAs, RBTs, DSPs, OTs Preferred. Help out with activities, keep participants engaged and moving. Assist with sensory needs.
• Check-in Desk
  Assist AutismTN Staff with check in of pre-registered runners and walkers, assist un-registered attendees, collect pledge envelopes, distribute swag and provide general event information.
• Finish Line
  Finish line volunteers will help track runners as they cross the finish line, hand out metals to all runners and walkers.
• General Event Support (Parking Assistants, Greeters, Exhibitor Support, etc.)
  Volunteers will be responsible for welcoming people, directing participants to appropriate parking areas, and guiding them to the event, exhibitor, and activity areas. Volunteers will also help keep registration lines moving and confirm participants complete all appropriate liability forms. These volunteers will also answer questions or concerns as needed.
• Medical Station (EMTs, Medical Doctors, Nurses)
  Help ensure that participants have an enjoyable experience by providing First Aid/CPR if needed
• Packet Volunteers - SEPT 29TH at 10am
  Packet volunteers will help staff organize and stuff event day packets on SEPT 29TH.
• Parking Assistance
  Help volunteers, exhibitors, and participants park their vehicils.
• Prize Donation Procurement: NOW through SEPT 29th
  Assist the Planning Committee in soliciting fundraising prizes for the walk.
• Professionals - Face Painters, Massage Therapist, Balloon Artist
  Share your skills at the Pajama Walk to make it memorable.
• Refreshments Station
  Help with handing out food and drinks
• Registration Desk
  Volunteers will help AutismTN staff with event day registration, provide general event information, and distribute swag.
• Sensory Activities - OTs, OTAs
  Help out at sensory station
• Water Stations
  Volunteers will be stationed along the course to hand out bottled water as needed to 5k runners.
