EmployME is a comprehensive program designed specifically to empower and support autistic teens and adult self-advocates in their journey towards meaningful employment and independent living. Our program offers a user-friendly platform that enables individuals to easily navigate pre-employment resources, independent living supports, and inclusive employers.

EmployME provides access to valuable resources, including detailed webpages on Pre-Employment, Independent Living, and Employers. The experienced AutismTN Staff will support you throughout your job-seeking process through two small group sessions held online. The first session offers an overview of our "Job Seeker Resource Guide," Q&A opportunities, and additional employment resources. The second session focuses on social skills in the interview and workplace setting.

In addition to these sessions, our program offers access to a closed Facebook group, exclusively for EmployME participants, to connect and network with other job seekers. At EmployME, we believe that everyone has the potential to succeed and that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive in their chosen career. Let us help you achieve your goals and unlock your full potential today!

EmployME for Job Seekers is FREE until October 2022 and includes:

  • Job Seeker Resource Guide

  • Two small group information sessions

  • Closed EmployME Facebook group

Upcoming EmployME Small Group Sessions Schedule includes:

In addition to the above resources, EmployME participants can also access optional small group Interview Skills coaching sessions and 1:1 Resume Consultation with an AutismTN Consultant at a reduced fee.  AutismTN staff will discuss this with you during your first small group session.

We are thankful to our grantor, The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, for awarding the funding to help make EmployME possible and to the AutismTN staff, Board of Directors, volunteers, stakeholders, and those actually autistic job-seekers for helping us create a meaningful program.
