The EmployME Job Seeker Program is designed specifically to empower and support Autistic self-advocates in their journey towards meaningful employment. AutismTN's EmployME program is strengths-based and centers neurodiversity by celebrating and embracing the diverse and unique perspectives of Autistic people. The program also includes online pre-employment resources, independent living supports, and a growing list of inclusive employers.

AutismTN is offering quarterly EmployME small group sessions which include a series of four hybrid sessions taking place weekly over the course of one month:

  • Webinar 1: Understanding Your Autistic Strengths and Beginning Your Job Search
  • Webinar 2: Designing Your Professional Profile: Resumes, Cover Letters and Job Applications
  • Webinar 3: Decoding the Interview Process
  • Webinar 4: Navigating the Workplace as a Self-Advocate

Participants will also receive AutismTN's Job Seeker Resource Guide and access to the closed EmployMe job-seekers Facebook group to connect, share perspectives and support each other in their journeys.

Participants will also have the option to schedule a one-hour one-on-one coaching session with the facilitator to delve deeper into the discussed topics, receive guidance on specific job opportunities, or receive personalized career advice.

March 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th at 6:00 p.m. CT

June 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th at 6:00 p.m. CT


October 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th at 6:00 p.m. CT

January 6th, 13th, 21st, and 27th at 6:00 p.m. CT

April 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th at 6:00 p.m. CT

August 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th at 6:00 p.m. CT
