Mindful Mamas - Mother's Day Yoga and Meditation

AutismTN is thrilled to invite our Member Moms to a special Mother's Day Yoga and Meditation event on May 20th from 9am to 10:30am. This event is exclusively designed for  autism moms who want to relax, recharge and rejuvenate their body and mind.

Our expert yoga instructor, Jennifer Sublet, will lead you through a calming and restorative yoga session that will help you release stress and tension. Following the yoga practice, Scott Glazier will guide you through a peaceful meditation session that will help you find inner peace and tranquility.  Light refreshments will be provided.

Meet The Instructors

Jennifer started her yoga journey in 2017. After years of athletics and back pain she decided to try yoga at the suggestion of a friend. She quickly started to experience the benefits of yoga. With improved flexibility and mobility, Jennifer noticed a significant reduction in pain. Unexpectedly, she also noticed the improvement in mentality. The benefits of mind, body, and soul led Jennifer to want to learn more. She completed her 200 RYT and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga certifications in 2022. Jennifer loves to spend time with her family and travel to new places.
