THRIVE- TEEN TRANSITIONS

THRIVE (TEEN TRANSITIONS) is a free monthly group for teens and young adults (14-22) with autism. Participants may come to any or all of the meetings. The goal is to participate in discussions and expand our understanding of society's unwritten rules. We use Conover Soft Skills video & a discussion format as curriculum. This group will provide a safe environment for individuals to discuss experiences with like-minded peers. The group facilitator is an adult on the autism spectrum who shares his story and experiences with participants.
